I wanted to join, so I stepped on the treadmill —
but my body stumbled more than I thought.
Maybe before running too far,

This short was no different.
AI wobbled, strayed from my will.
요즘 대한민국은 러닝 붐이다.
나도 그 흐름에 올라 트레드밀에 섰지만,
몸은 생각보다 덜컹거렸다.
어쩌면 달리기보다 중요한 건
제대로 걷기부터일지 모른다.
이번 숏츠도 마찬가지였다.
AI는 삐걱거리고, 내 의지를 비껴갔다.
몸도 덜컹, AI도 삐걱.

이번 헬스장, 트레드밀 러닝 숏츠는 유난히 어려웠다.
처음엔 단순했다. 안정된 걸음과 지친 모습을 연결하면 될 줄 알았다.
하지만 선은 깨지고, ‘러닝’은 과하게 해석됐고,
팔다리는 부자연스럽게 흔들렸다.
표정은 일그러지고, 캐릭터 색과 형태마저 무시됐다.
트레드밀도 덜컹거리며 어지러웠다.
그래서 방식을 바꿨다.
시작이나 끝 이미지만 고정하고, 나머지를 생성하게 했다.
그제야 비디오가 조금씩 안정되기 시작했다.
수없이 프롬프트를 고치며 배웠다.
과한 동작은 오류를 키우고,
여러 변화를 동시에 요구하면 인식이 무너진다는 걸.

This treadmill short was unusually difficult.
At first, it seemed simple: connect a steady walk with an exhausted finish.
But lines broke, “running” was over-interpreted,
limbs moved awkwardly,
faces distorted, and even colors and forms collapsed.
The treadmill shook wildly.
So I changed the method:
fix either the start or the end, and let the rest generate.
Only then did the video begin to stabilize.
Through countless prompt edits, I learned:
exaggerated motions amplify errors,
and asking for too many changes at once breaks recognition.
